SCHOLARSHIPS AND FINANCIAL AID

Your education is an investment in your future, and RIT/ACMT offers an excellent return on that investment. We offer a number of programs to help you finance your education.

Scholarships/financial aid

RIT/ACMT offers over 350,000.00 EUR in scholarship/financial aid support for qualified students. Last year, more than 40% of freshman students received some level of scholarships/ financial aid.

Scholarships/financial aid is awarded based on financial need, academic success, and motivation. Winners are selected using the same criteria and timeline as the admission process. To apply for scholarships/financial aid, students should submit the RIT/ACMT admission and scholarship/financial aid applications, and all supporting documents by February 15. Students who submit all materials by this date are given priority consideration.

Scholarships/financial aid awards are made through an individualized, competitive selection process, and like the admission process, each individual who applies is considered by the committee through a personal, individual review process. Students applying after February 15 will be considered for scholarships/ financial aid as long as funding is available.

Payment plan

RIT/ACMT introduced the payment plan option to assist with timely payments. Student dues are spread out through a given quarter in three equal installments. The payment installments are due no later then the 15th of the month, with the first installment due prior to the beginning of the quarter.

Student loans

RIT/ACMT will provide each student with a list of banks that support student credits. Details are available to students through the finance office.
